PR2252: User IDs should be scoped under namespaces, in addition to global UIDs.
Release numbering - RA2 release should be numbered as 4.1 to align with RM releases. PR2247 has a change to 5.0, but that would imply alignment with RM 5.0, which is not the case yet => leave 4.1

Issue 2124 to be closed or changed to ch04-grade spec (as opposed to solution design requirement)
Issue 2030: immediate approach would be to highlight the verb in the current ch4 description. Alternatively, adding a column with a boolean for mandatory requirements, or even adding a new page with the same info and fields.
