Decisions:

  1. Martin and Kumar create Anuket github Issues(s) and PRs to add/update contents in Hardware Infrastructure Manager section in Chapter 3, aligning and referencing (where needed) to ODIM work.  They can also use the next section

    "Left for future use" for this purpose. Jon M to co-ordinate (work in progress)
