For east-west traffic in Telco usecases: Typically virtual-switch based interfaces only.

iperf/netperf could be a 'final' option.

For pod-2-communication test, we can use one pod with calico, and another pod with SRIOV/Vswitch-based CNIs.

Currently testing on the Intel Pods (pod-12). Some minor issues with Flannel (within ansible scripts).
