RA1 Moselle : new content for security, wallaby OpenStack, Cyborg for acceleration

Additon of Testing: part of RC1→ @Cédric Ollivierto provide some information about what will be part of v2.0

GSMA document to be started after Moselle sign off, Target beginning of September for the document readiness

GSMA format:

Q1 to GSMA: is it possible to publish only pdf? Sphinx does not support .docx, but html to .docx is possible, it another way for conversion

Q3: GSMA template with verified style , obtain this template ASAP

Issue to edit table of references: a solution can be the creation of a RST file for references (internal or external documents)

We have issues with the references to Anuket documents (RM, RC, RI...), it is not pointed to the relevant release, but the latest

@Pankaj.Goyal: proposal to create a single merged RST file to simplify the table, figures, ToC... @Cédric Ollivier> to check is possible

First step: md files cleaning is done, PR #2766 merged
