Limitations: The new OVS version (2.15) finds rte_config.h file differently. This would need more changes.

Newer version of DPDK ( > 20.05) has too many changes in config.

We may have to move to - Meson and Ninja based build of DPDK.

Development done - Testing is ongoing

Existing: vswitch-none - setups PKT-FORWARD (testpmd).  Dummy Pkt-Forwarder

tool is added to configure only the flow when the vswitch is external. 

Userspace-CNI of VPP expects certain folders - these folders doesn't exist ViNePerf is handling VPP.
