- Jim shared the diagram that was shared in the TAC and that it is discussed at that level
- The opinion is that CNTT is operating above its mandate (working on implementation instead of specification)
TSC Review of Staffing Proposal to CNTT plus Field Trial Testing Plan and Staffing
- still on going but don't have a volunteer to begin
Reference Infrastructure and Reference Conformance work
- Need alignment on where IP work gets done. CNTT's licensing in not currently appropriate for the RI/RC work that is being published in GitHub.

- there is only a few active committers, last supporting release is Hunter, plans to support Iruya
- Kanagaraj shared his slides
- One change to Dovetail is to get their test list from the X-testing zip file - need resource to implement -
