We can use the nomination process to work this around. There is an open ticket since Sep 13, 2021 to LF IT to include Confuence data to the list. There is an authentication issue. Most probably this can be fixed today. Persons with Confluence contributions will need to nominate their contributions to TSC approval if the issue is not resolved. The tool should read email addresses in GitLab in the git commit messages to identify the users and their affiliation. This seems to be not working based on @Cédric Ollivier-s data.
