Background Information

After many discussions, including e-mail discussion beginning on , agreement at a weekly tech discuss meeting   and a vDTF Session , the community feedback has been incorporated in the kuberef project proposal page.  On , the TSC agreed that the off-line Wiki Vote starts as soon as Project Proposal is complete (Today/this week).
